So Much More Than a Nanny
Nicole has been a Nanny for the Owens for the last 4 years and wanted to do a session with the kiddos, Wilson, Bailey, and Gus to commemorate their time together. Wendi and Joey, the kid’s parents, landed some couldn’t-possibly-pass-it-up career jobs outside of St. Louis so Nicole’s time with the Owens has sadly come to an end.
Since Nicole happens to be one of my BFF’s, I know quite a lot about the Owens as well as Nicole’s relationship with them. They’re basically like her family. And in the times when I would chat with Nicole about Mom stuff with my kids, she knew EXACTLY what i was talking about because she has “been there, done that” in a lot of those parent-type situations with the Owens especially considering Gus was just a tiny little baby when she started working with them.
Nicole has been SO much more than “just a nanny” for the Owens and It was surreal doing this session for them because these kids LOVE Nicole and the feelings are mutual.
Needless to say, moving away is going to be HARD on the entire family as well as Nicole and I’m so happy I was able to capture their incredible dynamic together one last time before they moved away!
